My daughter and I love this place and we always stop for a hot chocolate. Very friendly staff. We were served by Assia today and she was very polite and with a big smile as always. Will definitely come back!

I was served by assia who was really friendly and welcoming and gave me great recommendations. The food was great and I got a pain au chocolate which was delicious. Would definitely come again and recommend it!!

Popped in for a coffee just before work and was greeted by the lovely Tiff who was so warm and personal in demeanour. I was having a stressful morning and she put a smile on my face with how positive she was. My coffee was made perfectly just the way I like it by Tiff and she signposted me to download the Starbucks app which has helped me to gain stars towards a future free drink- What a win! Tiff is an absolute pleasure and I cannot wait to visit this Starbucks again. Wonderful service 10/10!!!

I totally forgot to take a picture of my toastie and tea, but this Starbucks is roomy, and like that it has a choice of sofas or chairs. Birmingham university is not too far away so it does have quite a few students that come in and use the table spaces etc. But it's a good vibe.Service was quick and staff were friendly and welcoming.

I’ve visited this Starbucks a few times now to study. Each time I’ve visited, it’s been clean and welcoming. Today I was served by Liv who greeted me as I approached the counter and was polite and friendly throughout my interaction with her. Every time I have come here I am always happy with my experience here which is the reason I keep coming back.

I just wanted to share a little thank you for the amazing service I had from the barista called Tiff. She was incredibly polite and enthusiastic and was attentive to my quite severe lactose intolerance. As she made sure she gave me a kindness, I just wanted to mark my appreciation.

Very nice experience. The team were all lovely and worked very well together to bring down the busy queue. I was served by Lauren and Kim, who were both friendly and ensured I knew I was being dealt with even whilst they were doing other things.

I was in town (Birmingham) from the US over a week’s time for work and visited this location each day. I received incredible service from the entire staff but specifically from Lauren! Lauren always greeted me in a warm and genuine way. I have a dairy allergy and she was very accommodating and cautious of my allergy when taking my order. To top it off, on my final day, she remembered my order perfectly which was amazing knowing how many customers she sees on a daily basis. I promise I will be back again next time I travel to Birmingham. It’s hard to find such wonderful service and people like Lauren and the staff at this location.
