Awful experience. Used to always use this car wash however will no longer! My mum was getting her car washed today and I was in passenger seat, the guys opened the doors to jet wash and sprayed mucky water all over the interior of the car, dash and even over to the drivers side! including on myself and my face. Closed the door really quickly as if to avoid me. No apology or anything, now have to clean the whole interior again as was clean before going here. Terrible service. Just a few photos of what it looks like.

Not a good experience today. External car wash good, but make sure you know what price you are getting charged before you start. Charged a 4 X 4 price at the end although mine is technically a car and not a 4 X 4.The internal valet on another vehicle was skimmed over. Refused to rectify the cleaning. Poor finish and rude when challenged. Drive further and go to the best team in the area at Crewkerne on the road to the A 303.

Never use them again. Slap dash rush job. When I pointed out dirty spots missed, was told to pay extra for the dry, which would clear those spots. Not sure why I would pay extra for them to clean what was meant to be cleaned in the 1st place.

Basically I paid to get the paint chipped off my vehicle by their power washers, which also splattered small white spots of a hard white residue over the paintwork!A dishonourable cowboy service - never go here unless you want to the price of your car devalued!

pretty AVG this time they rushed me through as it was busy missed a few bits but main goal was to clear the salt which they mostly did . usually get a better service but as I said they were busy

Terrible the wash was half hearted asnot worth the £9 better job in a car wash at Texaco ! Did not even wash my door shuts until I had to go back to get it done but the car I front had it done fine and then did not even tyre shine my tyres until I asked to shocking would complain but don’t know who to go too and ask for my s re wash or my money back b
