AquAid Washington is a family run business, very professional small office . Always make sure everything is kept right… worked here for a little while and can honestly say if you need a water cooler this is by far the best place. It’s a lovely Enviroment and always put the customer at the heart of everything they do.

We would not recommend aqua aid, lots of hidden charges my bill for one year was £269.14 and we only had one bottle of water! I was hurled abuse down the phone when I said I was going to give a honest review on Facebook, they told said they would take me to court for slander!! Glad to be out of the contract, picture attached of one year bill!

Aquaid Tyne & Wear are very professional and have always delivered on time and are really friendly. They try to be flexible when they can. The water coolers are great quality and my staff and customers drink this water every day. They are so reliable and have delivered orders when we have been stuck. I would recommend them to other businesses.
