Enquiry Centre of University of Dundee

Vividly recall the horror of working with the Enquiry Centre, carrying on from the International Office. The UK government had delays issuing BRPs to students. Leaving aside the experience of working with the International Office who seemed like they couldn't be bothered in following up or finding a solution, I found the Enquiry Centre incredibly disappointing.Their carefree attitude in emailing students to let them know their BRPs had arrived in time for Christmas vacation was incredibly disappointing. (I believe there was a two-week window during which all student services offices were closing and it would've been impossible to pick up BRPs during this period, meaning students would've been stuck in the UK over Christmas and unable to return home to visit their families).I only knew my BRP had arrived due to efforts in contacting the embassy and UKVI. Showing up when I did, which was basically the day or the day before they closed for Christmas I believe, they still had the nerve to (initially) ask me to wait for an email from them informing me that my BRP was ready for pickup. I wonder what happened to people they had yet to email, who I presume would've been stuck in Dundee over Christmas because of the Enquiry Centre's actions (or lack thereof).
