The landlord is from Hell. Never rent from him he doesnt payback deposit. He is a bully and a disgrace to Teeside students. He doesnt make any repairs but instead harrases tenants. I wouldnt advise anyone to rent from him.

The agency is focused only on money. Nothing can be asked for. Agency answers NO to all requests. Nothing wants to fix. Only the cash register is on time. I do not recommend. avoid this agency. the owner of the agency is rude and arrogant. Be careful.
