Worst experience ever!! My brother was taken on NHS by this dentist in April, he was owed £50 deposit back as he didn’t have to pay, 6 weeks after they sent me a form to fill out to get the deposit I’ve been told they now have changed their minds and can’t take him on and he won’t get the £50 back!! They are very short staff apparently so clearly have changed their minds. It took me a whole year to get my brother a NHS dentist, the way we have been treated is disgusting!

I had an excellent experience with my Hygenist, Hannah, today. From the start she was very welcoming as was her assistant. Hannah was very thorough during the cleaning and polishing process. And at the end of the treatment, Hannah offered advice on brushing techniques and better use of interdental brushes which will be beneficial in caring for my teeth in the future. The receptionist was also very welcoming, polite and professional. A great big thank you to this team. Great job!

I find the receptionists very friendly and helpful . A very calming experience. The dentist is amazing and very gentle. A big thank you to all the staff .

Today I saw the hygienist at BrAckley Dental Care and felt I needed to leave a review as I felt he was brilliant! A few years ago I had a terrible experience with a hygienist as I suffer with sensitive teeth and gums . From the start this man put me at ease and we discussed what had happened previously. He numbed my gums and was able to carry out the work and kept checking in on me the whole time. He totally put me at ease and didn’t cause me any pain or discomfort. I have actually booked back in to see him in 6 months time and have no hesitation in recommending him. I would also like to add that the reception staff were really friendly and helpful.

I have used Dentalcare Brackley for some years now and have had some issues with my treatment and allocated dentist. I recently attended an appointment for a cracked filling. This same filling gave me problems last year and the dentist Vijay said I needed a crown to remedy it. I declined and this time I saw Hina who repaired and refilled the tooth with no issues. Very happy with Hina and hope that she continues to be my dentist in the future.

Just don't bother looking at this place. The dentists you see on the website don't work there. Many have left. You will now pay to be shouted at. Our daughter was 2 mins late for an appointment, and she was told to wait for the next patient to go through. Once in, the dentist said You're 30 mins late". She wasnt

I hate going to the dentist at the best of times! So I had pain niggling pain and felt that dooming dread of knowing I had to call and wait a dogs age to be seen but I was so surprised by the efficiency of the receptionist Diane (my fellow South African!) I was in same day! Same day!!! I arrived and to my suppose the practice has been renovated, i couldn’t believe I was actually in an NHS dental practice I joked to Diane that are you sure I’m not a private patient! Before I knew it I was seen by Dr Kohli, and I was offered treatment there and then! Still in disbelief cause I’m not used to this instance service, the. I had to think about it do I or don’t I want treatment now so I said yes totally scared of the looming pain…! DIDNT FEEL A THING! So I felt compelled to write this cause most people I talk to complain about getting seen by the dentist and I thought this experiment had to be written about, I was sitting in the waiting room and the manager came in with a load of Costa coffees me and another patient were in the waiting room and she said hello to us both and asked us how we felt about our experience, we both said we are very happy and she said it’s Costa Friday I like to get my team a Costa on a Friday as a thank you for their continued efforts, I’d love to have a manager like that, she said her name was Mel I didnt get her full name. I’ve been coming to this practice for years and this time I noticed a total change in the right direction! Thank you for your faultless service VERY IMPRESSED

Had a very successful appointment with the Hygienist. Both her and her assistant were fantastic, very professional and made me feel very comfortable. Highly recommend.
