Clare Watkins Personal Styling

I have just had my first personal styling appointment and I wish I had taken the plunge years ago. Clare put me at ease straight away and has a wealth of knowledge and experience that was incredibly helpful. I have taken away so much for the day in terms of colour, shape and style and have some lovely pieces in my autumn/winter wardrobe. I have booked again to see Clare in the summer and can’t wait. Thank you Clare for sharing your tools and advice, I am thrilled with my new wardrobe and can’t believe the boost it has given to my confidence. I would highly recommend.

I have just had my first personal Styling appointment with Clare, and she was amazing! She was so knowledgeable about what would suit and fit me. I am small and struggle to find clothes that fit without having to be completely re made.She guided me through her choices and was honest and helpful as I tried them on.The clothes fitted me really well, with little or no alterations needed.I came home feeling so good about my clothes and more confident about working with my colour palette and what suits me.Clare is so knowledgeable with with individual style and how to work my new clothes in with my existing wardrobe and how to style them.I learned so much from my appointment and feel so happy that my wardrobe has had a much need update with items I know suit me and the I feel excited to wear!I cannot recommend Clare highly enough.Thank you Clare!

I had a wardrobe edit and styling appt with Clare and all I can say is...WOW! I've never done anything like this before so I was nervous, but I needn't have been. Clare took the time to get to know me and even helped me figure out why I was so keen on hiding my petite body under oversized clothes. Clare talked me through each stage of her colour analysis and I could really see the difference to my skin appearance when wearing the right colours. The styling appt itself was in a private room in Selfridges, Clare is so down to earth that it felt like spending time with an expert friend. The staff were also lovely and I couldn't have felt more comfortable. My confidence is sky high, I look and feel amazing and I can't wait for our next appt! Honestly having Clare's services is life changing!

I booked a wardrobe edit with Clare after receiving a glowing recommendation from a friend, who looked fabulous in her new colourful and styled to suit wardrobe. Whilst I was sad that I had to wait 9 months to see her, after having my first two appointments I can confirm it was ABSOLUTELY worth the wait, and I have booked in three more styling appointments too!I was really apprehensive about it as I am really tall and curvy thinking it would be good to know my colours, but I'd have to brave the rest alone and I couldn't have been more wrong.Clare was amazing throughout. Before my appointments I was given some forms to fill out so she could get to know me before the appointment, and she really did her homework. If anything I was amazed at the amount of prep she had clearly done for both appointments.I was actually quite nervous about Clare coming to see my wardrobe, like when you clean before the cleaner comes round kind of energy! But she was nothing but lovely. So friendly, so understanding and just so real. I could have talked with her for hours.I had a colour analysis and wardrobe edit as my first appointment, in prep for a styling appointment to start my style journey.Rather than diving straight in, we had a coffee chat and Clare didnt just show me what colours and styles worked for me in my wardrobe, she showed me what didn't work and why. It was educational, cathartic and confidence building, allowing me to let go of things I had clinged to but didn't serve me. I learned so much in the time we had together and it left me super excited about my styling appointment as I could already see her cogs excitedly turning!The styling appointment was something I didn't know I needed until it happened. If you've never been in a personal styling suite, I recommend you prescribe yourself it now! I felt like the only person in the world and it was so special. Clare met the brief perfectly and I could not have been happier. I left feeling like Julia Roberts walking down Rodeo drive - and with my new wardrobe I feel excited, confident and happy to get dressed!I have been inunadated with lovely comments about my glow up, which has done wonders for my self worth after a tough few months and whilst it can sound conceited, you can't put a price on how you show up each day. It was worth every penny and in fact will save me so much time, money and effort.Even after my appointment, Clare has been nothing but a cheerleader, sending me links to other things she thinks I would like, like a friend rather than a service.I couldn't recommend Clare more highly enough and I can't wait to see her again.Thank you wardrobe wonder woman :)

I had the best time when I had my session with Clare. I learnt which colours suited me, what my body shape was and how to dress to suit my body. She picked out some amazing clothes which I would never have chosen if I was shopping for myself and I can’t see me ever buying clothes outside of my sessions with Clare again. Would highly recommend and have recommended to my friends who have also signed up for sessions with Clare too!

I’d rate Clare ten stars if I could. The whole process is just brilliant from the way she curates the room and all your clothes, to the way you feel in the clothes she selects. The whole process just feels really luxurious and I feel so happy in the new wardrobe she’s created for me. Very happy I found her, she’s a lovely person and great laugh too!

Another great day spent in the changing room with Clare last week! Always a great day - coffee, good chat, the most wonderful colours on my rail and some beautiful new additions to my wardrobe.I first met Clare in Oct 2020 when I had my colour/styling consultation and wardrobe edit but it was so much more than an edit given the bad shopping habits I had developed, buying average pieces and buying them in every colour! I had my first Personal Styling session in May 2021 and haven’t looked back since. Clare has introduced me to some amazing brands and I also know which colours I should be choosing. I can’t believe the difference wearing the right colours makes to your skin complexion and general confidence and its shows in the compliments I’ve had when wearing my ‘Spring’ colours! I’m loving rebuilding my wardrobe in much more targeted and focused way and have added some fabulous new pieces to it since meeting Clare. Thanks Clare xx

Clare is amazing. She put me completely at ease from start to finish. I had a complete wardrobe edit and colour analysis. Loved it. Who knew I shouldn’t be wearing navy and black????Then a few days later I met Clare at The Trafford Centre. At the end I felt like a different person. New clothes, new style, new confidence!
