Safeseal Frames

Safeseal were brilliant. I had a card from a safeseal employee going door to door in my village. Unlike most salesmen he left the card with no more sales talk than to emphasise they were a family owned business with links to the local villages. I then decided to get a new front door and found the process very simple, very professional and very friendly. I was kept informed of progress throughout the manufacturing and fitting process and am very happy with the result. Everyone I have either met or talked to on the phone has been professional and friendly - no hard sells and a genuine desire to ensure customer satisfaction.October 2023Since leaving the above review I have had an old window replaced by Safe Seal. Again I cannot fault them. Natalie ,who handled the order, has been brilliant, keeping me updated and ringing on the day of installation to ensure all went well. Josh, who fitted the window, arrived on time, was friendly and professional. He took out the old window, fitted the new and apart from a brilliant new window you would not have known all that work had been carried out. I recommend them without reservations. They are professional, friendly and not like so many other businesses in the same field. No hard sell.

I’ve been using Safe seal frames for a number of years now and dealing with Sam mainly, the service is second to none. The product they provide is of a high standard and always on time. Would definately reccommend them as a manufacturer.

We recently had two external uPVC doors supplied and installed by Safeseal. Overall, it was a very positive experience and we are extremely pleased with the end result of high quality new doors. The initial inspection and submission of quote was carried out very efficiently, and responses were given promptly to a few technical queries that we had about the doors being offered. The price was very competitive compared to an alternative quote of similar quality doors. The installation team were very courteous and efficient, and left the site in a clean and tidy condition. On the whole, the communication was good but there were 2 occasions when we had to follow up emails that we sent to Safeseal after having not received a response from Safeseal within a week, which slightly spoiled what was otherwise a job well done.

Summary: If only all trade/building workers were like this.Details: I wanted to replace all my windows (end terrace house), two back French Doors, and main front door. Quote was professional and very detailed, and they put up with my indecision about door details. I opted for triple glazing throughout as it was barely more expensive than double glazing. Given how much work was involved, I think the quote was very competitive. Great communication after quote, very responsive, and about a 6 week lead time from final quote to installation, which seemed pretty good to me. They installed everything with lots of professionalism (everything covered, hoovering everything up) amazingly quickly. Everything but the door (which had a little delay in being built and delivered to them) was installed in about 6 hours in a single day (with a team of 4 people). The door later took about 90 minutes to install. The quality of build throughout looks excellent to me, and I'm delighted at the improvement compared to what I had before (triple glazing is much better at noise insulation than double, and I'm looking forward to better heat insulation in the winter). There were a few niggles, which they again sorted very promptly and professionally with great communication throughout. Very highly recommended.

Safe seals were very helpful when it came to our double glazing replacement project, our windows & doors were old and rotten so we required a total replacement. David who completed the survey and Josh and Jamie our fitters were very professional and worked cleanly always leaving the work site tidy. The whole process from initial enquiry for replacement uPVC French doors to the fitting was very impressive. I received a quote within one day of sending an online message on their website, the timeframe for each step of the process was explained and communication in response to any of my queries was always prompt and clear. On the day of fitting, everything went smoothly; the 2 fitters arrived on time, worked calmly and efficiently, finishing in 2 hours and cleaned up after themselves.
