Great to see you at Wisbech market.Delishious tasty sponge just like home made, great you can buy half or a whole one. The pies are fabulous and their rolls. Give them a try you'll not be disappointed.

I would like to say how very disappointed I am that this local bakery who I wanted to support when purchasing their Steak Pie today is using PALM OIL in its pastries. I ha e taken a photograph if the label of which I can't attach to this review !!There is so much deforestation taking place in the forests of Indonesia and Borneo, where the natural habitat for Orangutans is being totally destroyed that it is a real threat to the populations of these beautiful creatures.I suggest that Wilcox Bakery act quickly on this issue by checking out the Save the Orangutans Website and find an alternative ingredient and turn their backs on this disgusting activity !!

Brought a apple and raspberry crumble and some shortbread from Melton MarketWe were visiting for the day but this is by far the best crumble I have tasted.Can't wait to visit the area again and purchase more of your fabulous products

Lovely staff, very helpful and got some bargains with sale on produce. Cakes are absolutely amazing and fairly priced, I had a long rant about how I was in heaven with the staff the day I visited because if you appreciate good cake this is the place for you! So so lucky to have this on our doorstep, delivering across many locations for selected shops.

Just bought the carrot cake from a farm shop , absolutely divine!

I agree that the Bakewell slice is just sponge. I have been to Bakewell and had the real thing. I recall a crispy coconutty topping. I had to cookthe slice I purchased and serve it as a dessert with custard. Disappointed,as the Almond tarts are wonderful but they are rather tightly wrapped in the cling film and oouze some of their filling.

I purchased a 6 tray today from gainsborough market of cheese scones.they were very well presented. I was very disappointed when I got home to try one. They were a bit doughy in the middle very bland and no taste of cheese whatsoever.

Rude person who was managing the stall at the stamford market. I was looking to buy a cake but the person managing the stall took it out my hand and complained that there would be fingermarks on the plastic and procceded to put the packaged cake bakc on displayand didnt ask if i would like to purchase it. I went to Asker bakery instead and got wonderful service and it was cheaper than wilcox.

All I can say is wow! I've bought a pack of Eccles cakes from a local store and thought lovely, I'll have a couple with a cuppa, well! They're the best I've ever tasted and I couldn't manage two,they're so packed with fruit and the pastry is beautiful, great product guys

We recently bought a date and ginger cake from Stamford market. It has to be about the best cake I have ever eaten and even my friend who doesn't like ginger loved it. Highly recommended and not too expensive either.
