One Stop

Got there at 9.35 and it was closed clearly says 7 days 7am until 10pm

Handy little local shop for me and all staff nice .

Just a small corner shop that has as much of a selection that you can fit in a tiny shop.

I would avoid this shop even if the nearest shop for 100miles.Customer service is non existent. The aisles are too small.No hello or any interaction from thebstaff. R***e the staff member there is probably the most miserable person I've ever met. I went for a box of cereal and my morning was so happy and now I suffer from severe depression after being served by him, very abrupt and rude, no hello, just told me the price, also too busy doing other unnecessarythings before actually being served as I was watching him from the till. I also walked into a box of cans and nearly broke my knee on the way out that are stupidly stacked in a blind spot next to the till. Worse shop ever.

I was at the Mansfield Rd store earlier & was struggling with sending off an amazon package return, & when I asked the colleague if she would help me, well she did it all for me, & even talked me through the procedure, not many shop colleagues at other shops would have put themselves out like that, I would like to say a big thank you to her, had it not been for her I would probably still be there.

I live right close to it, i do like the shop. Theres 2 women there that are amazing and cheetful but the tall Skinny guy was in a I dont Care" mood towards me and few others getting all stressed cause something was not scanning. Also to add to that. I handed a C.V into the shop abd gave to him

Just needed to pop in on way home from a late shift as it closes at 10pm. Get there 9:45 and its already closed. Not the first time this has happened at the Mansfield Road Sheffield store.

Don't order ur items to be delivered at this one-stop. They return items and deny as MY it4ms are there then they return them.Staff are rude and offer only a bad service.Hermes delivers there and are also a very bad service..I stopped click and collect from them and also I never shop there anymore. Close it down.

If only i could give them no stars. Horrible rude staff. The good reviews must be from staff friends as all they do is goasip away while a queue builds up at the till.

I live two minutes up the road from this one stop, I've been in twice wanting to pay for scratch cards but been turned away even though I had my college pass and a 16+ buss pass!! Apparently they can't accept them because they haven't got my date of birth on them when you can't even get into college when your not 16!!!! Waste of space and won't be shopping there anymore!
