My new hearing aids are brilliant and the care I received was fantastic. All the staff, whether on the phone or face-to-face, are so kind and explain things clearly. I don't hesitate to recommend them to you.

Second visit to this company, amazing turn around from call to being seen asap, couldn’t ask for a better service and the ear wax removal is something else, can’t remember the last time my hearing was this clear, 100% would recommend, and can confirm I have even recommended to strangers I’d just met. I recently lost a hearing aid on the North Coast of Scotland and was quite perturbed when I realised that the insurance company would source the replacement and would require me to change audiologist. I needn’t have worried: it was the best thing that could have happened. As a cellist and professional musician I had previously been having some issues with the settings and Nigel was first audiologist to really understand the issues of performing as opposed to listening to music. He spent a lot of time with me and my cello, both during a home visit and subsequently at his practice, to ensue that everything was correct - and now I can play and forget that I’m wearing hearing aids. Thank you for giving me my enjoyment and confidence back.

Outstanding service. I had struggled with the NHS due to long wait times, a lack of communication, and the actual hearing aids that were provided were not of a very high quality. Thompson & Sons have blown me away not only with the quality of the hearing aids that I have received from them (which has been nothing less than life changing) but also because of the brilliant overall service they provide. Very easy to get in touch with and get an appointment, covid secure, and very friendly people. Well worth the money if you can afford to go private.

Highly recommend.My daughter who has special needs had put a small object in her ear and refused to go to hospital for treatment. I phoned Thompson and son, explained the situation and they were absolutely amazing. They fitted her in within the hour, Even making a trip home for some more equipment (specialist goggles) before we arrived. ☺️They had the object removed in seconds. Can not thank them enough.

Excellent service from first phone call to having both ears cleared of wax with micro-suction and the old fashioned way ,these guys know what there doing and very knowledgeable about earring aids , l will be going back once we get over this cost of living stuffThank you

Both my wife and I have had hearing aids from Nigel and Peter. Their service and aftercare is first class. My first pair of hearing aids were not suited to me so after a couple of weeks they were exchanged for a pair more suited to me without any issues. The clinic is modern and Covid safe. If anyone is having hearing difficulties then get a test. The sound on my TV is lower and I am not missing conversations. I just wish my kettle didn’t make so much noise.
