Extremely unhelpful, downright unfriendly; I'd personally avoid on principal.I purchased a handful of Digi-X" DMR radios second hand from facebook and have been trying to reprogram them to more useful frequencies.NRCRadio confirmed that they are the manufacturers and that Digi-X is their own brand.NRCRadio do not sell programming cables or software for their readios.NRCRadio would not
