Had the absolute delight of possibly the most unprofessional, rude and ignorant drive thru experience today.Young Asian girl with a “don’t give a F” attitude. Asked if she was having a bad day because with the attitude she spoke to me with, it was clear she was.She either needs to be non customer facing or in charge of the mop and bucket.She was an absolute horror, so I blessed her and wished her well, heaven forbid she should slip and fall on the wet floor.

If I could give it less I would. One star is more than generous. Ordered a magic bag from 'Too Good To go' app to collect at 8.30pm. Upon arriving at Starbucks, the whole place was closed up with shutters down, despite the app and their own website stating that they are open until 9.30pm. Waste of petrol, waste of time...shame on you Starbucks.

I love this Starbucks. I'm lactose intolerant so I'm a bit of a pain with all my special requirements. The guy who serves at the counter here is excellent, he's always willing to serve the vegan cream (a lot of Starbuck's don't like doing this as it needs a lot of shaking and I believe its a bit time consuming for staff.) it makes my day going here. :)

Went to the drive thru ordering a large caramel latte and a large caramel macchiato set off and neither of the drink had caramel and the cups were 2/3 full£9.95 for 2 drinks that were awful
