Went to bloom for an intimate wax with Brooke & she was so lovely the entire time & made sure I was very comfortable throughout. She thoroughly explained the aftercare as well which I never received at my first waxing appointment elsewhere. She also did the best waxing job! Very excited to go back!

Very overpriced for their haircuts, have been there three times now not impressed, went back each time hoping there would be an improvement ,was due to go again next month and noticed they had increased their prices by £10 for haircut to £50, this a ridicilious price for a cut and blow dry, they give you a £25 voucher on your first appointment to spend in store, very nice i thought, purchased the moose have now thrown it in the bin, my hair felt terrible when i used it, my experience of this salon was not a good one, will not be going back.

Friendly salon. Made you feel special without being protentious.Accommodated three cuts at the same time, two of those children.Made the little ones very comfortable. Excellent cuts all round and finishes. Definitely will go again and recommend.

My first experience with Bloom from start to finish was 5 stars. It’s so accessible to book your appointment online, choose your treatment, stylist and select your payment options. So straightforward and user friendly. You can just book it in your lunch hour!The main reason I chose Bloom was based on their environmentally friendly values and I’m really glad I did.The salon is aesthetically pleasing, with lovely open spaces. The staff are so warm and welcoming, super friendly. Makes for a really nice and relaxed experience.It had been some time since I had attended to my hair, so it was in real need of some attention. Chloe did an amazingly job, my hair looks so much healthier, shiny and rejuvenated. Highly recommend. There is also an offer for first time customers, so I left with one of their fab hair treatments. An all round great experience and I’m already booked in for my next appointment. I will definitely be recommending Bloom to friends and family.

Absolutely loved my first visit to this salon for a cut and blow dry with Colleen. I felt pampered from start to finish with multiple hot drinks, head, neck, and shoulder massage and a hair mask with a hot towel. This salon has very high standards and I would recommend it to anyone. Plus there’s 20% off your first visit! Keep up the great work, Bloom.

Stunning salon , beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. Staff very welcoming and friendly . Really nice work coming out of the salon, both hair and beauty. Product range is their own and very good. Highly recommended

I can 100% recommend to get your gel manicure here! The staff was super friendly and Devon did a fantastic job on my nails. She was super helpful when it came to deciding on colour and shape and made sure my nails came out looking absolutely perfect!

The salon is so beautiful and all the people that talked to me even for a second were so so kind and friendly! I had a quick meeting with Neil (the salon manager) before my appointment to discuss what I wanted, and he listened carefully to everything I said and was very helpful. Then I had my appointment with Brooke, who offered me a nice coffee when I arrived and was with me for like 5 hours straight working so hard, always with a smile on her face and being extra nice and understanding, and making my hair look even better than I expected! Honestly I think this is the best salon in Aberdeen and I cannot wait for my next appointment with them! ❤️
