Ultimate craft

A fascinating little shop close by Camden tube. From the outside, a some less than prepossesing frontage showing a few sari's and reels of cotton and rolls of material. However, once you get past that bit, you find a veritable cornucopia of all things arts and crafts. The serious knitter and dress maker will find all the useful bits and pieces that are hard to come by. Maker people will find piles of all those bits and pieces used in their work. Artists will find a generous supply of paints, brushes and all the rest they need.I went into the shop to browse, and came out with a bag full of useful 'stuff' that i not seen anywhere else. Highly recommended!

Great selection!! Didnt ask the staff for advice so can’t comment on that, but at the till they were very friendly.Price range goes fromCheap to Expensive so theres something for everyone!!All the crochet hooks and yarns in the world.Highly recommend :)

I love going to Ultimate Craft, it's not a big shop but it has a lot. I wasn't able to find everything I wanted, but it is quite extensive and has a lot of art and craft supplies and tools.

An absolutely fabulous shop.The stock is so rich that you can find an amazing selection from cloths and timings.Also fantastic array of craft projects available.The staff us super helpfull and eager to advice you or suggest other options for your project.Well worth a visit but pencil in plenty of time as there are a lot of options to consider.

Great old fashioned and well stocked craft shop. Rarer and rarer so I'm pleased it's here. I bought 3 items, a mix of stationery and haberdashery. (See pic) It's high on my re-visit list when I need craft related items.

It is way too expensive in there my son only wanted a posca pens an for a pack it’s £30.95 and for only 1 marker it’s £4.99 could you believe that I’m never going there in a million years

I arrived at 18:45 and was told to leave even though it says they close at 19:00. I was quickly going to pickup a sketchbook but after the way they spoke to me and told me to “hurry up” and “be quick” I just walked out.. staff ain’t got no respect

Lovely shop with lots of variety! I bought some wool for crochet, there were different types of yarn, thickness and a range of colours.

Really well stocked shop with a great selection. Staff were friendly and helpful, prices seemed reasonable.

I went in to look for some clay that’s less than £3. This one man in a black jacket (presumably a staff member) was following me and watching me from a distance the whole time. I even purposely went to 4 different isles to see if he’d follow me and he did each time. Super creepy and off-putting, made me feel like a thief when I only went in to compare prices for clay compared to online. I left straight after feeling very unnerved. It seems that this isn’t a unique experience either when reading previous reviews. The store’s overpriced anyway so there’s nothing much missing out on.
