Excellent from initial survey to completion of work. Price was very reasonable and guys who did the work communicated well and checked we were happy at each stage of the job. Having loft ladder, floor boarded and shelving has made such a difference. So much more usable storage, definitely worth the cost.

Excellent service from the very initial call to the completion of the work. I wanted to replace my loft hatch to prevent heat loss. From the first call out to estimate they were knowledgeable provided options and fully explained everything I needed to know. A little over a week later the job was completed by the friendliest tradespeople I have ever met who was polite, ensured everything was as it was before the work and very efficient. For appointments I was given reminders and confirmation of when and where. Second job I have had done by Loftman and I would highly recommend them based on my experience

First Class company, from initial visit to completion of the work. Great communication all along the way, absolutely superb job done (I love my new loft boarding, hatch and ladder), and everywhere left spotless. Highly recommend!

Not a good company to engage with. Had a loft hatch resited with new wooden ladders. Company boarded up old hatch and plastered it very badly! We had to pay again for a plasterer to do it properly! The fitters also damaged the newly plastered/decorated ceiling around the resited hatch, leaving bits of plaster coming off. Our brand new fitted oak stairs were also damaged where the fitters dropped plaster onto it and told me to use white vinegar to remove the stain!

The fitting was done in around 3 hours and is great. The two fitters were on time, friendly and efficient. All mess was cleared up including the stairs and downstairs carpet. I didn't notice till they had left that they had also repositioned the smoke alarm. Great job, I'm very pleased that I used The Loftman Company.
