Just to say that Graham and I are absolutely thrilled with our kitchen, Olly was very inspirational in his design and included things we would never have thought of! The whole process was so easy and seamless from that initial design through to the last day of fitting. Olly is an excellent project manager as well as designer and communicated with us at every stage and we even found him helping out the fitters several times– all of whom were excellent, they were polite, friendly, nothing was too much trouble and always left everything clean and tidy. We have already started recommending you to people and cannot do so enough!Thank you for everything (just wish you did bathrooms too!!!)

Although I had met Olly before moving to Sandhurst my wife and I still did our research on companies in the area. Olly and Sarah came out very highly so we called them to get the ball rolling. Communication from them was pitched perfectly. When meeting them we stipulated a lot requirements for what we wanted which after removing some ideas but adding others, on Olly’s advice, matched on paper what we had in our minds. Some of that advice even went into the colour of the work top and sink. This is a working kitchen that rarely sees a takeaway so it needed to reflect that; it is also the main hub of our home and although small it had to be well designed to enable that to work. The list was extensive but the kitchen was not to look or appear over complicated. After measuring up we received a comprehensive design plan that matched almost exactly what we were looking for baring some minor points that were soon cleared up. We wanted the glass in the kitchen to match a freestanding larder. After all the planning was completed we upgraded some specifications. This did not phase Olly one bit. We got all that we wanted and more. Delivery went without a hitch. The work top and glass surround went perfectly. The kitchen fitter knew his stuff getting odd bits of design to fit properly. Olly oversaw the whole project. It has been nearly a year and the kitchen has been worked hard and stood up to the test. This is a 5 out of 5 star review that is well deserved. Olly really listened to what we wanted from our new kitchen, added his own ideas, and came up with a design that made best use of the available space while satisfying our requirements with a real eye for detail. Inevitably the specification evolved as we went through the process, but Olly was extremely patient while we worked through all the options, reworking his plans, visuals and quote at each turn in the design journey. The final design included handleless units with clean lines, coordinated appliances, boiling water tap, lighting, water softener and replacement boiler.Installation began as promised on the agreed start date. There was of course the occasional complication along the way, but as the fitting team included professional electricians and plumbers all of the issues were properly resolved.The end result was high quality kitchen in a layout that worked well and looked great. From initial consultation to completion Olly made himself available to discuss, advise and oversee the project.

We are very pleased with our Masterclass kitchen designed and project managed by Howard Oliver Design.This family run company in Sandhurst can be congratulated for their knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail, insuring at all times that the installation of our kitchen went smoothly.Everybody involved; including the drivers delivering the kitchen, the plumber and the kitchen fitter were very professional and always polite and courteous.

After making some changes to our property we needed a solution to our lack of storage in a loft conversion. I was recommended Oliver through a friend, and I’m so pleased we picked up the phone. After an initial consultation at our home, it was clear Oliver listened to our needs and understood what we wanted to achieve. We were presented with a range of ideas and drawings which he went through with us and weighed up the pros and cons of each option, finally deciding on a cleaver design that maximised the storage using space that otherwise would be wasted. After agreeing the design, further measurements and consultations on colours, materials and finishing touches, a date was arranged for installation. Oliver personally oversaw every detail even quality checking the work as it was carried out. The personal level of service we received was above and beyond what you would expect from anyone and his knowledge and attention to detail were invaluable. It’s the little things that you just wouldn’t think about yourself, that someone with his experience does and it makes all the difference. I cannot recommend Howard Oliver Design enough.
