Listers Volkswagen Nuneaton

Ordered car via broker 2 years ago. Car arrived in UK in July but transportation issues resulted in the car not arriving at Listers PDI centre in September. Car was booked for delivery but delivery driver found fault with the infotainment screen which delayed delivery. Problem was resolved quickly and Lewis the salesman was very good throughout. PDI people goofed but end result was fine

Excellent service from Lister's Nuneaton again. As a result, I am enjoying my car recently purchased from them. This is my second purchase from this dealership over the past few years. The Service Department have been brilliant and helpful whenever I have needed them. Sales and support get a 5***** from me.

Great customer experience from Jamie Godard sorted all my issues. Sorted me a courtesy car and kept me updated all through the process. I would highly recommend the service I recieved.

Very bad experience of buying a new car. Multiple people at Listers were involved during the whole process. 3 issues:1. I have sent multiple chasers to get an invoice but salesman (Lewis) chooses to ignore those comms.i still don't have a invoice of the purchase made.2. PDI (Pre delivery inspection), if ever done ,was only on paper. The new car was delivered with white glue substance burning under the bonnet and producing bad smell. Seems there was some leakage earlier This was noted at point of delivery. Contacted Listers, which is not interested to look into the issue.3. Lewis sent an email that car is scheduled for May 2023 delivery. I planned accordingly and sold my old car. I was then sent another email end of may that it would be June delivery. Why false promises were made ? I already waited for 22 months for the delivery after placing the order. I don't mind waiting another month but I was without car for 3 weeks and had major practical issues due to Listers miscommunication.

Excellent from start to finish. Gary served me and was fantastic from start to finish. Working in service myself I know how important rapport building is and understanding what the client wants and Gary is a natural! Always offered drinks and when we had to wait to collect my car, the children were looked after with fruit shoots etc! I even got an umbrella held over my head to walk to my new car in the poring rain! The little things that just make the biggest difference. Thank you to Gary and I’m sure it’s Paul too!! Great pair of guys! See you in a few years for my next new VW

Josh Bish at Listers Nuneaton dealt with our enquiry from start to finish. The whole experience from deciding on a car to collecting it was fantastic! Josh was professional; knowledgeable; honest and really cheery with a great sense of humour. Nothing was too much trouble and he had as much time for us as we needed! The whole showroom has a great vibe about it, all staff very polite and friendly….and as many hot / cold drinks as you want. A very welcoming and hospitable place to visit - can’t rate Josh and the team highly enough!

He took my requirements on board and was able to offer a car which did meet my major requirements, and, moreover he was able to arrange a part exchange deal with which I was satisfied.Car technology has changed considerably since I had got my previous car and I was most grateful that Josh spent a great deal of time describing to me and the important modern features of the car I was buying. He did this with a great deal of patience and no lack of enthusiasm. He also answered all my, sometimes trivial, questions.The stress of car purchase experience was, in this case, ameliorated by Josh's attitude and professionalism.

Best Listers VW in the area. Leamington failed to call me back to book my car in twice, and Coventry I've had many issues with in the past (poor workmanship and dishonest practices).This dealer however booked me in without hassle, quick turnaround with works with a very informative technician vehicle video that didn't feel rushed, and excellent service from the team. Not cheap by any means but you do get what get you pay for with dealers, well good ones anyway! Thanks very much to you all, will be back
