Storage in London - LOVESPACE

Really bad service with lovespace. Do not use these guys.The delivery men damaged my wall - See pics.Also after a video survey where I went through in detail the things that need to be stored, and booked the 100 sq ft container after their agreement, lovespace collected my goods and then emailed me saying I need a 200sqft container and so would charge me double. This is an absolute joke as they did a video survey and agreed 100 sqft was adequate. I’d also had other quotes including homesurveys for the same volume.It’s like they take your stuff and hold you random for extra money.Lovespace seem to subcontract removals service to other companies. They told me my things would be stored in Harrow (close to where I live) but the removals company said it would be taken to east London! The outsourced removals company is called ING removals - never use these guys!!Update:Lovespace arranged for my things to be delivered to another company free of charge which was good of them but the redelivery was a shambles. The guys dumped my stuff on the pavement (see pic) and drove off leaving the new company to sort through all my things and store them (even though they were meant to help put my things in the new crates as agreed by Lovespace). A lot of my furniture was chipped etc (see pics). Just utterly shambolic. It also turns out I only needed 500cubic feet of storage so cannot believe they wanted to charge me £90 a week for this.Highly recommend Akers Removals instead!

Very expensive and incredibly disappointing experience. We went through the video survey in June and was given a quote. They collected everything and then increased the price saying that the original estimate was inaccurate. (Also they threw some of our stuff because it had perishables" in it when we know we didn't put any and got it moved to our parent's place. They also said it was just the food they threw and not the boxes themselves) We still paid because what can you do when they have the rest of our stuff! And having gone through that

The staff for moving was helpful. But the management was sloppy and unprofessional.Prior to collection I was asked to fill in a form to provide information whether there is a lift, temporary parking space at the premise. When the staff turned up they said they got the completely opposite information.Prior to delivery I was allocated a time slot, but the staff turned up way too early when I had not even reached the property.And to think of a collection fee 120 + 80 storage for a month + 204 delivery, total of 400 for this type of service is absurd. I definitely will not use this again and will tell all my contacts to beware of it

Awful experience. There's zero flexibility in terms of choosing your delivery date, and they randomly add surcharges" for delivery on the weekdays. They broke my brand new suitcase's lock and now I can't even use it

Don’t recommend!I don't know at which point you have problems that leaded to failing of my order collection 3!!! times. I'm going to spend my time to describe the situation bellow. I really hope it will help you to improve the service.My order number is 504663.The collection of my order was planned for 19/09. Nobody came to collect the order. I've written to the support. The support said we are sorry" (without any explanation why the order wasn't collected) and the collection was rescheduled for 22/09.22/09 the order wasn't collected again. I’ve contacted Lovespace again and this time instead of “we are sorry” I got the response “you will be charge a £50 failed collection fee” while reception in my residence is present 24h/7 days and nobody reached them out for the collection. We have checked our CCTV footage for the time the driver "attempted" collection

I gave LOVESPACE five stars initially for their collection and customer service. I downgraded it to two because they were incredibly careless while returning one of my suitcases. They forgot it the first time, delivered it to someone else in a different place the second time, and I was told I'd get it two days ago but still haven't received it yet. I will not be using lovespace in the future.

Horrible, pathetic and deceitful it what it is.They promise doorstep delivery but never do it, the delivery guys denies taking up or bringing the stuff down even when the company charges for it and ask for 5 start rating before starting there jobs.Also please see there doorstep is basically useless you give that money or not they just deliver stuff on the ground floor. The charges they show while placing order versus when they get it are different.One has to contact customer support for every little thing and there response it not useful neither prompt. I literaly emailed multiple times and then called them to get one answer. They charge unnecessary money, hide critical information. I haven't got the stuff back and am really scared what they and in which condition they gonna return it. Will update here about that. But please guys there are many many better and cheaper storage services in London, choose them!

1. They lost my box and they did nothing about it not even a refund. ( I had to buy my mising items all over again) They only asked me what was inside my box and that was wrong because now I think that they check what's inside our boxes. That is so unprofessional.2. They delivered half of my boxes damaged with holes in them, half of my stuff damaged. I could see what was inside from the damage.3. They delivered the wrong box and instead of bringing me the correct one they came to take the wrong one but they never brought mine and they kept charging me. I asked repedetly to bring it back but nothing happened.4. After paying more than 1000 in total for my boxes not only they did nothing about my missing box, the damaged ones, they never refunded me for the box they delivered wrong.Think not twice think 100 times before using lovespace for your boxes, they have lots of people, lawyers behind them, they know what they are doing and they will never refund you for their mistakes. I am never going to use their services again. This has been the worst experience. Email after email they reply with the same sentence but they change few words so you dont see that they copy paste their answers. They dont care about your experience, they dont care about your things. They wrote everything so perfectly in their contracts in their site so they can never be wrong and you will have to pay them. They only care about their money.I would gave no star if i could.
