Matt saved my ride and weekend. Not everyday your crank arm falls off. Riding solo on an epic 25mi mtb ride and 24hr bike service indeed! Helpful prompt and fixed my crank so I could keep riding. Thank you!

This past weekend I competed in the Wild West Country 2023, needless to say without Matt’s expertise and help at 22:35 on Friday night my ride would have been finished. He is a consummate professional and deserves all the praise I can heap on him. Great value for money and all the more reason to support your LBS!

Matt did a fantastic job of converting my hybrid Specialised bike into an electric version. He carefully researched and advised me on the kit I would need and brilliantly put it together for me. He picked it up and dropped it back at my home and communication throughout was great. Would highly recommend this company!

Trashed the front pads on my 2009 Specialized. Contacted Matt at Porlock Pedals, who had new pads, tools and the knowledge to make the repair......so within an hour back out on the hills of Exmoor. If only all bike shops were like this.

Phoned Porlock Pedals on a Saturday afternoon, hoping for a couple of bikes for the half day. Within 10 minutes we were on our way, the bikes were in great condition and we were supplied with all the equipment. Took a lovely ride out to Wootton Courtenay and enjoyed a few stops along the way. Matt was incredibly accommodating and very polite - will be back for sure! Thank you.

Matt absolutely saved me while out on a ride through Exmoor! On a Friday night he made time to help me out with a disc brake problem that definitely wouldn't have gotten me much further without his expertise. Although he didn't have the exact part I needed, he was able to get my bike going again and saved my trip. Can't thank him enough!

Matt sorted out my bike puncture quickly (over my lunch break) so I could get back riding again and most importantly for me not take time off work to get things sorted. He's so easy to contact via email/mobile. Such a superstar! I'll definitely be back again.
