From the first friendly phone call with Esther seeking advice about my ingrown toe nail to the welcome from Jules and the excellent treatment and care from Sam, I couldn’t feel happier about the service I received at Footsteps. I'm a type 2 diabetic with a foot injury. Went for some advice and treatment, and I can honestly say I was blown away with the passion, knowledge, skill, determination and treatment I received. Been for my second treatment today, and none of the above descriptions have changed. Anyone that requires a podiatrist should go to Footsteps, the care and skill is beyond outstanding.

I went in for an ingrown nail. The treatment was fantastic. I never felt a thing and I am pain free at last. Booked to go back in January. Highly recommend

I had a terrible pain with my leg for months. The sports physio, Jordan, had done amazing job giving me a sports massages and felt so much better after a week. I was so impressed and definitely would use them again. Very highly recommended

It is going to be difficult to express quite how thrilled I am with what Jonathan has achieved for me. Until today I had very VERY bad verrucas. They became increasingly embarrassing and painful. I decided I needed to take action, far later than I should have done. After some internet research I chose Footsteps Treatment Clinic in Tamworth because of the positive reviews. From the first appointment Jonathan set my expectations. He would do his best to rid me of what were really awful verrucas (my words, not his) but he couldn't guarantee they would go. He also said he was optimistic and would not give up. I opted for the Swift treatment, as recommended. and I am delighted I did. Gradually the verrucas got better and today, for the first time in 20 years, I am free of them, all thanks to Jonathan and his team at Footsteps. When he told me today I needn't see him again unless I wanted to (because I was better), I felt slightly emotional, with a genuine sense of relief and gratitude; thank you Jonathan. I can't recommend Footsteps Treatment Clinic highly enough. Their communication is flawless, the staff are welcoming and they are demonstrably experts at what they do. I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who could benefit from their services.

My son and I both have had treatment at Footsteps.my son had verrucas but have totally cleared up thanks to Jonathan and I had back pain which I have had for ages now but thanks to Nicky am totally pain free. Would highly recommend Footsteps Tamworth.

Because of severe neglect of my ingrown toenails we had to remove them. I was in pain for a lot of years before I finally decided to do something. The staff is very friendly and professional. Looked after me during the entire process with advice and frequent appointments. Would definitely recommend them to anybody. To all the staff from the clinic ... Thank you for everything.
