I was very happy with the whole process from start to finish regarding party wall. In my case it was very quick and was over within couple weeks. I had no idea about the rules with party wall and Mr Sukhi at Charles Associates was very accommodating and very patient in his advice and after talking to him i knew he was very educated in his field. He was available at time of day to answer queries and set about his task very efficiently. Thank you very much for all the help.

I found this company on Google, when I was let down by another surveyor who had been recommended to me. Sukhi provided an excellent service and produced all the required paperwork and took comprehensive photos of the party wall. As we were seeking to remove our communal chimney stack, he took my neighbour through all steps and gained their agreement. Overall happy to recommend his services.
