My son bought a jumper from Superdry and it was a size too small, we returned it next day to exchange it but he had lost the receipt. They didn't quibble, they simply exchanged it and provided a new receipt. Great customer service. Lovely selection of clothing and I was surprised at how reasonably priced they are now. The clothing is great quality too.

Five stars to Lynne/Lin at Superdry, Chapelfield Norwich. Great product knowledge, affable and went to great lengths to ensure I could try all relevant sizes and styles before making a decision.Super customer service, so rarely found these days.Very happy with my winter jacket…..many thanks.

Yes, great staff, very friendly. I had some secret clothes to pick up by a Christmas hopeful who posed with some items including the price tag and details showing the previous weekend. Made things very easy for a clueless Dad. Plenty of good clothing, not cheap mind you, but should last a fair while. Looking forward to them being received on Christmas Day

Superdry is a fab store to visit, sometimes the fashions and items are great and its hard to decide, other times there is nothing, still a great place with great staff
