I was very pleased. Easy pickup and drop off, car in good condition, reliable shuttle service.

***WARNING DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!! ***Having used hundreds of car hire companies over the years this was my worst experience.We prepaid for a car and due to a flight delay they cancelled our booking despite having called and been promised the reservation would be honored. They then proceeded to say we could keep our booking if we paid an extra £270 for an alternative vehicle but recommended we just cancel our booking and make other arraignments ourselves. If you are delayed more than 2 hours your booking will be cancelled.They refused to give us confirmation that they canceled and smugly repeated it's policy.The location of this company is far away form the airport and the shuttle is a small 7 seater which leaves many customers waiting a long time to be picked up -your could easily miss your booking window waiting to be picked up.Pathetic company and surprisingly affiliated with EASY jet. Avoid at all costs! The unprofessionalism of this company was confirmed by Hertz who had other horror stories of how they rip off their customers with bogus damage claims.

I always have a great and stress free experience with Easirent, wouldn't use anyone else. Simple to book, pick up, etc.Shuttle to the airport terminals is prompt, even early morning drop offs.Can't fault them, or their cars. Highly recommended

Off site but they are quick to collect you and it’s only a short drive to pick up your car. Super helpful team.

I had very good experience with this company. What was nice that I could get an automatic transmission. I wish I knew how to use the SatNav. I learned that you input in the Post Code into the SatNav. They were very helpful. Highly recommend. Easy pick up at the terminals and friendly staff.

Expensive and too slow. Makes you wonder why you bought an electric car
