Had these guys install a marquee. Promised to deliver it on Wednesday. It took them all day late into late night to install the marquee. Further they had to come back the next day to finish the job. This is primarily because they were under-staffed on installation and all the kit was not delivered onsite on time so the men were sitting around waiting. We gave the staff drinks. Empty bottles and cup were strewn around the garden for us to clear their mess. In short it messed up my evening event plan and this lot did not even have the courtesy to compensate for my loss of use. Shame on you guys for your business ethics.

Absolutely brilliant service and communication. Had an amazing Mehndi ceremony in the middle of winter and didn't even feel the cold. Superb all round! Lots of guests complimented the marquee.
