Highly recommended lovely genuine guy and keeps you informed about his arrival time. Spent an hour looking for the fault on my freezer and found that the compressor was faulty. Really can't recommend Dave enough.

A Professional and Caring Company DPRS Refrigeration. Dave thanks for your pro. Service.I went onto the internet and DPRS Refrigeration Repair showed up in the results. The owner really cares about his customers' needs. The freezer part of the refrigerator needed to be repaired. Once he contacted the manufacture to get the part that he needed; in the meantime he did a quick repair. After about 2 weeks the part finally arrived and he immediately started on the repairs. The entire control panel of the refrigerator had to be replaced. I think the price he had charged was fair considering the kind of quality of service he delivered by constantly checking in with me and keeping me informed about what's going on all the time.Thanks keep it up Dave 5stars for your customer service and fare price.

Dave came out late on new year's day and stayed until 8.30pm he's a absolute genuine and knowledgeable engineer who couldn't be more helpful, I would recommend him to anyone

Absolutely tremendous service and expert advice from Dave. Our heating element was tripping the electric out in our fridge, Dave fully diagnosed the problem and offered a resolution and I was very impressed with his knowledge and he was a pleasure to chat too. Thank you

This guy try to tell me that our local main dealer and large online dealer both will replace some vital parts with old parts when people order a brand new fridge.I eventually paid him check fee £40 ( he not mention over the phone at all) with quote 450pound for repair. His friend tries to sell me a medium commercial brand fridge for 1100+vat.I order a brand new polar from nisberts with 2 years warrant for 750+vat."

The engineer came out and went through everything to check what the problem was, he explained everything and told me he could repair it and how much it would cost but he wouldn't like to do it as, in his opinion, the problem could return, and he would of felt bad knowing that I'd paid a handful of money out just to be stuck with the same problem 12 months later, very honest and polite man, will definitely use him again if ever have a problem. I can not express enough how honest he was, he could have taken my money and run, I wouldn't have known any different for a good year or so.

I had problems with an unusual make of freezer called Kuppersbuch. Their UK service division, Glotech, recommended me to DPRS and I was extremely pleased with the service I received. The price was fair. Dave is very knowledgable and a pleasant person , who explains everything. This was not an easy job and he performed it well. I am pleased to recommend him.
