Very positive experience with this company. Came out on Saturday for a quote and the flooring was fitted on Thursday. The quality is great, the price was very reasonable and affordable and the fitters (3 of them) were all friendly, quick, efficient and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Used these on several occasions now. Shopped around they was by far the cheapest and provided a great service. They now work as part of our work who house those coming of age out of care. Professional, reliable and all round top lads. Thank you

Took my circumstances into account and gave me a great price.Hallway and two bedrooms fitted within two days by two really friendly, professional and happy lads who did a stand out job and left the place clean and tidy.Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Used these guys previously but recently helped me with a move. Done the whole house for us as an amazing price and worked around the decorating room by room.Also donated to my charity boxing events raising money for mental health / knife crime and children's charities.Highly recommend for affordability, reliability and supporting a local business that supports others.

Booked on the Friday for a 9.30 measure up of bedroom, landing and stairs. on the following Monday. They eventually turned up at 11.30. I visited the shop on the Saturday to talk about carpets, underlay prices etc...I was the only one in the shop, but was totally ignored until I told the man in the shop I had a measure booked. He then said there is no point looking as they will bring samples when the come to measure up so I left. They turned up to measure without samples and said they will phone me with a quote....How? They hadn't asked me what carpet I wanted, underlay, available dates...nothing! They measured the bedroom, didn't measure the stairs or landing and left and I haven't heard from them since. Really bad customer service from start to finish.

Sad to see that some people have had a poor experience as mine was anything but. The owner was really honest and friendly and gave me a great price. The fitters were great guys and did a great job getting the carpet in. Only slight thing I would say is the time the fitters were coming was a little non-specific, just being told the morning, but appreciate can't always be deadly accurate about these things. Would definitely use them again if I needed some flooring and would recommend them to others.

Brilliant service as always. Had carpet and flooring put down by these in my old house & loved it, moved house & got the entire house carpeted then recently got the living room carpet up & replaced with wooden floor. Its gorgeous & i will soon be getting the kitchen done! Thank you so much, highhhh recommend.
