Went to Plumb centre in Swansea with plans for my bathroom and asked for a price for the units. Sales assistant who as doing nothing was very aggressive and said he did not have time to do this. I said he could take as long as he likes. He then said what make do you want. I said all I wanted was a shower toilet and basin shower screen and tray, not too difficult.I then gave up went to city plumbing, graham, and B& Q who were very helpfull.Steven

I've purchased two boilers from Plumbcentre over the last two years and on both occasions the transactions were very smoothOn the last occasion I ordered a horizontal flue with the boiler and needed to change it to a vertical flue when I collected the boiler, the member of staff was very helpful and exchanged the horizontal flue with no dispute only a slight extra cost due to that particular flue being slightly more expensiveI shall be purchasing another boiler with the next two weeksMerry Christmas.

Typical plumb Center. Useless staff. Don’t answer the phone when you call, usually takes around 5 attempts. Go in there and they all just sit around without serving you. Tell you they have parts but when you drive for miles to collect you get there and they say “oh we haven’t got it”This is the norm for plumb Center. Only use them when I’m DESPERATE.
