It was a pleasure to deal with James. True gentleman. Had a issue with car battery kept on ceasing. He ran a check free of charge and confirmed that my battery has no life. Didn't even charge a penny. Also fitted my new battery without any issues. Thanks James. Will defo refer to family and freinds

Simply THE BEST. I don't think there is any other way to explain how happy I am with the service. Done my alignment on both my trucks here, one has aftermarket Off-Road suspension, which no other garage could adjust the alignment on, Goodwin done a great job with it. Brought my brand new Ranger too, as the garage that Ford recommended just messed it up more. Goodwin fixed it in matter of seconds where the other garage tried to find excuses. I don't know what else to say... Goodwin are just the best in the business!!!

Goodwin tyres are the GO TO place for your wheel balancing and alignments. I can only HIGHLY recommend going to these guys as not only do they do their job to perfection, they always go above and beyond what is needed. Wayne for example, was cleaning my brake callipers when the tyres were off being balanced. He didn’t need to do this, yet took the opportunity to ensure I have a pleasant experience with these guys, which he did! I was super happy how he went above and beyond what was needed.Furthermore, James (the boss) really gets hands on and leads the team rather than boss them around as most garages do. He is super down the earth and he also does go above and beyond what is required. As I have black alloys, the weights used for balancing are silver, so naturally they are easily visible when stuck on. James however, put them in the outer side of the rim, so it wouldn’t be seen so easily. This is a lot harder to do and so I really appreciate the extra time and effort he made for this. It could have easily of been a 5 minute job, he took his time and made sure everything balanced up perfectly.Lastly, Nathan was super helpful too of which he would always let me know what’s happening with the car and any suggestions in terms of getting the best driving experience from it and what steps to take. Yet again, going above and beyond what was necessary. As most garages just get on with the work and don’t even talk to the customer.Overall, Goodwin Tyres are the best for anything Tyre/ Balancing/ Alignment related. They always exceed customer satisfaction and I will continuously go to them in the future.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Thank you again!

Terrible service and discriminatory. Waited 3hours and kept on attending to cars that arrived after saying he(boss) thought I was gone while still parked in front of the shop. My car is the BMW, how can he not see that. The owner when approached just said you will be next and walked off. No apology nothing. Even the staffs were shocked and said they know it was my tun but they are not the boss. Very unprofessional!

Came to check suspension parts cos car steering was quite wobbly.They did not find the problem but said suspension was perfectly fine and test drove it and said alignment not a problem.They sprayed some lubricant on to the shocks and bushes said it was dry. Don't know why my car is better after that I have no clue. Nice guys very quick to see me no waiting around for ages and no charge.Will come for wheel alignment.

Wheel alignment and other mechanical work.They are best in town.They are bit expensive but trust me it work and mental satisfaction.They don’t have enough space & staff but their work is good and satisfying.Goodwin tyres is recommended.

Nathan is a great guy. The work is done to a professional standard and the service is equally good. I would recommend!
