The Yellow Practice

This practice is totally a scam and all of us from Perth knows that despite this fake reviewsAll the ,,doctors,,from here are NOT DOCTOR'S,even if you are sick and is visible they will tell you that you don't have nothing only that you pay a private gp and that private gp send you again to hospital where...you are wellPrivate gp and them are all hand in hand to make money,they are not afraid of lawsAvoid at all cost this practice, they are hand in hand with private gp,Perth royal infirmary, and Dundee hospitalThe ladies doctor's from there I'm pretty sure that they're hired because they're women (if you know what I mean)and the men's doesn't know how to catch a blood sampleIf you don't belive me ...try it

The reception people are completely useless. I have been going back and forward calling to get a referral sorted, and they say that it’s being delt with, they keep delaying it over and over again. A month has passed only to get them to tell me what I could have done already. To call for a doctors appointment. Never seen such incompetence in my life. They have this “policy” to be kind to the receptionists… but they are definitely not kind to us. It goes both ways! I don’t waste your time, so don’t waste mine.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The doctors at the surgery are amazing, always lovely and really do want to help. But some of the receptionists and the one in charge let the whole practice down. Completely rude and clearly don't know how to interact properly with other humans. The amount of times I've requested my prescription that has been done and signed by the doctor but has not made its way to my chemist or I have requested it online and it just hasn't been done is ridiculous. And when you phone to ask why this has happened again you get talked over, rude snooty responses and not listened to when it's very clear the fault was with the surgery and no apology. I should have made a formal complaint when I was in the surgery waiting area for a 7:45am appointment with my mother and grandmother waiting with me when the three of us loudly overheard the practice manager at the front desk discussing her colleagues and why someone with 'mental health problems shouldn't be doing this job'. But I'll be making a complaint now.

Doctors are fine. Reception and Practice manager have a lack of efficient communication between each other. Been having an admin issue which I keep getting incorrect information about. Asked to speak to a manager about it and got told they weren’t in. Then got a call about an hour later when I was in the shower and had a vmail from the manager with no contact details to discuss my concerns but just saying I’m going to be removed from the practice due to the said admin issue. That’s super helpful! I’m sure an explanation would have perhaps cleared things up.

I am not surprised that all the reviews are negative. I had a really bad experience today with the receptionists. They are all with extremely poor customer service skills. I hate phoning or speaking to them at all. You can never get an appoitment and they are extremely unhelpful. I am not sure why the receptionists act like they are superior to the patients? They all got really disgusting attitude AVOID AND BEWARE!!!!!!

I'm astonished at these negative reviews. We have always had a fantastic experience with this practice. From the lovely, friendly office staff to the wonderful GP's. Dr Cavanagh actually saved my life after an allergic reaction. If it wasn't for her and the forward thinking Dawn I wouldn't be here today. Very professional and caring.

Staff at the receltion are all rude and extremely abrubt with absolutely no customer service skills and ZERO people skills. Also the msnager of Drumhar Health center is RACIST, ABRUBT, AGGRESSIVE LITTLE WOMAN who treat patients as they were plebs. I will be looking to change surgery. Their lines for appt are open from 8am and at 08:04 THEY HAVE NO MORE APPTS, so they told me to cone to the surgery at 11:15 am and to wait till kne of the doctors will have time. Pure pathetic.

Wow well the reviews are definitely accurate. I called this GP for the first time and when reception picked up she said Hello and as I was raising my phone to my face to reply she starts shouting down the phone “HELLO? HELLO? HELLO?” Cutting me off before I could even start my sentence. I said hello and she snapped “is there anything I help you with?” She was very unhelpful and rude and informed me that no GPs are accepting new registries. So what am I supposed to do when I need a GP? They will hire anyone for these medical “professional” jobs. More like a bunch of gangsters put in charge of your medical records. Most of them being narcissistic middle aged women with god complexes that only took the job to feel superiority over their patients. NHS is a joke and so is this GP. Receptionist sounds like she has mental health problems, do they even do any sort of screening for these “professional” jobs?

The staffs at the reception have no sense of how to talk to people. Very rude i must say and racist. No good service you never get an appointment.

Absolutely horrid experience with a lead receptionist . She is the worse of them all with horrible attitude towards patients. She should be let go
