I have to write a review IOT help other. It was the first time moving in to London and to rent fast a house was essential. Hopefully, they answered me immediately and the agent (thank you Nicki) was always there to help me through the procedure. After the contract signed, any time needed they always responded shortly. I had really great experience with this agency as a tenant. I've been renting an apartment from them for 2 years, and everything was quite good.Belinda McCarty was especially helpful and patient with us, as we're not very experiences in the UK renting rules. Belinda explained us the all details about closing the agreement prematurely and was kind to push landlord to agree to the terms that are a bit more beneficial for us.

Simply excellent all round. Nicki was efficient and transparent in every conversation we had during the offer process and the move-in was well organised.Regarding quality of service, Neil helped me lift a mattress up 4 flights of stairs and little things like lights that needed replacing have been actioned immediately. This is a sizable, professional lettings agent that is run with the same amazing care level you'd expect from a small family-owned business.Would strongly recommend without hesitation.
