Reliable, very experienced on what they’re doing !!I dropped my IPhone X and smashed the screen. I needed a replacement lens for that and they did in 10 mins for half the price I was quoted elsewhere. I would recommend them to anyone. Great job and courteous.

Amazing range of phone accessories. Great choice of vape stuff too. Helpful and friendly staff. They transferred all my data from an old phone to a new one, BUT forgot to transfer the SIM, so I had to trek back there, but in a flash of inspired customer service they gave me a free charging lead for my trouble. Recommended if you want to stay out of the clutches of the big high street franchises.

Went in for a huawei p30 screen repair and they charged £130 which is fine. The screen they replaced it with however is clearly lower resolution and not even close to what the phone came with. When I raised this to the guy behind the counter (who I assume is the owner) he became extremely rude. Won't go again

They replaced the screen on my phone which would be good if it wasn't for the fact I can smell the E6000 they used to glue the screen in without putting it in properly so there is a good 2mm gap down the side of my phone and didn't even clean up their work so my phone has glue on it along with the fact I now have dead pixels at the top of my screen. They charged me £80 to literally glue a screen to my phone without making sure it was in properly, worked fully and leave glue on my phone.

Tried to get my phone fixed here and they failed to fix it properly, then refused to give a refund. See tons of other stories like this from them online. Essentially they stole money from me...avoid this place and the other phone repair by named The Phone Shop" on High Street as its owned by the same man."

Absolutely awful. I paid 80 pounds for my iPhone 13 screen to be replaced after I cracked it. They replaced it very quickly but with an extremely low resolution (can barely see it in the light) and slow screen. It's also no longer LED. Absolute trash.

awful service. the first time came in to fix my charging port as it was not charging, he took £35 & did not fix it. i had to come in again to take my money back but he refused and said he'd fix my charging port and give me a one year guarantee. however within two days of him fixing" my charging port it broke again so i came back loads of other times but he wasn't there

Excellent service. I dropped my Samsung S7, smashed the screen, couldn't access any of my data. It was fixed in 40 minutes, new screen and casing, works as good as new. Reasonable price, no fuss, very polite and helpful. I'd thoroughly recommend this business.

Came in for a new phone case for my IPhone 11, the case I bought was £15, which is fine as I was willing to go big for a phone case that I would never have to replace. It was a see through one that I was looking for, the man showed me to one that looked good at the start, only for me to realise as I was leaving the shop it was too big for my phone. It was supposed to be for the 11, however I could feel my phone moving around in the case. Aswell as this, I was unable to turn on or off my phone as the button on the case was nowhere near the phones button

I went in the store to buy a screen protector for my daughter’s phone and we encountered excellent service and assistance . On top of that after assisting is very well , including other technical matters for the IPhone we were generously given an extra screen protector for my own phone which was set up by the assistant . I would definitely recommend this shop for excellent value on their goods and very friendly assistance .Will visit more the shop in the future .
