Amazing !!Excellent customer service and a very welcoming store, will definitely return to book another holiday :)You could tell that everyone took pride in their jobs but i want to give a special mention to Cathy.my journey at this store started by a very friendly welcome from Cathy which then she helped me to book a last minute holiday to Turkey. Cathy was very enthusiastic when recommending destinations. She even shared some of her own personal memories which only ensured our booking. Cathy had a lot of knowledge about different places in Turkey which helped us pick the perfect place for our first holiday together.Cathy....... We will be coming back to order and collect our lira and have recommended TUI to our family and friends due to lovely customer service and a friendly environment.

They explained everything to do with our trip clearly and went over every detail with us while answering any questions we had.Amazing service. Wow! Amazing service & knowledge from Luke in store who was super friendly, had a great experience at TUI Sheffield The Moor. Came into the Tui store to buy currency for our holiday, the staff are extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help. Was served by Alicia, she was very helpful and gave excellent advice. Will be back again to book our next holiday.
