Absolutely fantastic apartments very clean and bright. Comfortable beds,towels and little extras included. Kitchens have everything you need. Staff very helpful nothing too much trouble. Lots of parking. Sainsbury's 2 min walk away with ATM. Very near the centre and shopping centre. Can't praise it enough.

Great accommodation and nice views. Close to son's uni accommodation too. Definitely plan to use again.

Stayed here for a month and cannot rave about this place enough! Everything was lovely. The staff are very welcoming and makes such a difference that they have an on site reception. Received a welcome card in my apartment on check in which had been closed with their wax seal - I so loved that! House keeping went above and beyond. Only 5 minute walk to Derby's best restaurants and a very good craft beer pub across the road. By the end of my stay I was sad to leave. It really felt like home.

Great apartments for young families and excellent location to explore Derby and it's lovely surrounding countryside.

3 of us stayed for 2 nights. Fantastic service from the beginning. Beautiful apartment. Perfect location. Well priced parking nearby. Highly recommend.

Stayed here during the summer for approximately 6 weeks with my partner. Although it was a spacious apartment, there were some serious cleaning issues. Cleaning crew would take approximately 15 mins to vacuum and lightly wipe down surfaces then finally take out the trash. When my partner arrived the milk was about to expire the next day and utensils had old food caked on. Wifi would drop and the 5G available would also drop for about 2 hours at a time. Getting packages is difficult if you are trying to get anything out of normal business hours for them. Things got worse when a pipe started leaking and luckily we were leaving for the weekend because it was not fixed until Saturday and it broke Thursday afternoon. I would not recommend if you stay past a week. I think short term it would have been an okay stay.

Great self contained apartments with central location. Secure car park at rear. My apartment had a little balcony as well which was good for breakfast in the morning. Recommend to everyone

I stayed here for a night. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and found the accomodation to be a good alternative to a hotel or B&B. The accomodation with all of its amenities is fair priced and provides a good level of value for money. The staff are extremely helpful and welcoming, and I would happily recommend this place to anyone wishing to stay for a short term break or for a business trip. I would of rated this place 5 stars, however the overall cleanliness of the property provided was not up to scratch or expectations. Kitchen surfaces were sticky and had not been properly cleaned, some of the provided pots and pans had food residue from previous uses within them, there was litter from previous residents/guests within the bedroom and some low level surfaces within the bathroom and bedroom had dust and were grimey. Whilst I understand 3 stars is a harsh score for what I found, I feel it is justified for the additional cleaning I had to do upon arrival and I feel during the times we currently find ourselves in, the standard of cleaning needs to be second to none to provide guests with a level of confidence.
