Excellent service! Lee was awesome, the communication was really good as he had to reshuffle his schedule due to the weather. the signature valet was fantastic, got the car back to showroom quality, highly recommended. 5 stars !

FRESH Car Valeting
Let me down the day before scheduled appointment and offered no alternative. Do not pay in advance. Later offered an alternative appointment which accepted. I was not happy with the service. When booking the appointment I had ticked the box marked dog hair. There was no option to indicate whether the amount of dog hair was a little or a lot. The valeter informed me that he would not be able to clean out all the dog hair as, in his words, it's an all day job

FRESH Car Valeting
Honestly this has been the worst valeting experience I had so far. Weird streaks everywhere plus the steering wheel, shifter and handbrake are now sticky. I'm sure they are a great company and the guy was super nice but when I got in the car I felt disappointed. The outside was imaculate.

The service we had was a mini valet. This service is basically wash outside and clean inside, standard maintenance clean essentially Very happy with the finished results for both of our cars. I was skeptical at first but very please and will look to book back on again in 6 weeks time.

Excellent result by Denzel. He was due to do 3hrs but due to his next job being cancelled he stayed for 5 and didn't charge any extra - above and beyond I'd call that! Top job.

First time using Fresh Car Valeting, had a lovely friendly guy called Denzel turn up and do a Interior Deep Clean & Full Sterilisation. Did a amazing job in cleaning my car, would definitely recommend them and will certainly be using them again.
