Scossa failed to deliver our items and refuse to provide refund for delivery. This store is only helpful when purchasing items - fails to provide a good service of after care. Spoke with the manager - Helen who was less than helpful and was more inclined to tell me she had other priorities to deal with and wouldn't review the information that had been outstanding for over 2 weeks. Had requested 2 items from scossa to be delivered - called them for over two weeks and got no update. Eventually found out they were still at Parcelforce and when I had to go pick them up the boxes were battered and had holes in them. Scossa also couldn't be bothered to fill in the refund form for parcel force so sent it to us to do for them.

A great choice of quality, contemporary furniture.Easy to navigate website and fantastic customer service, particularly from Helen. Our La Palma stools were made to order in Italy and Scossa kept us updated and informed throughout the process from order to delivery.We're so happy with the finished product, it was the perfect choice from a perfect company.

Very happy with our experience with Scossa. We ordered a couple of dining chairs in July, just in time for the Italian manufacturer's August shutdown! Scossa were very good in communicating what was going to happen, and what was happening: in those circumstances, you can't ask for more. They actually turned up a little sooner than Scossa expected, and they shipped them to us straight away. As I said, happy customers.

Ordered a Sits sofa - and can't fault the great product, competitive price and high level of customer service. The third party delivery company had to reschedule my order, so Scossa personally drove the sofa to my house on the day I needed. As a bonus they have also thrown in some free fabric protector. I would recommend this business - they go the extra mile compared to others I have dealt with in the past

Bought the Bubble Club outdoor sofas from Scossa at a good price. Sara was really helpful and gave me all the info I needed and kept me updated. Sofas arrived on time, product is great, plus delivery was spot on. Definitely recommend this store.

Have wanted my sun deck Kartell Bubble furniture for some time now, and have it at last! Absolutely delighted - excellent service from Scossa staff (particularly Sara!) from phone calls to emails, and they could not be beaten on price. Would definitely use again for more contemporary furniture purchases

Quite simply exceptional customer service. There are many retailers selling high end Italian furniture. Sadly, most lack the most basic of human qualities and thus customer service is void.Scossa is a refreshing change to the current trends.Very knowledgable, easy to deal with, housing many of the best High end designer brands and most importantly they deliver as promised.We were recently in a pickle having been defrauded by Design icons Manchester( aka Calligaris Manchester) for the sum of many thousands.Lee was exceptional in recovering our order in Italy and personally delivering and installing within the agreed time frames. This is the bespoke personalised, honest service. Unfortunately pretension and complacency has eroded the best of Londons' high end Designer Furniture stores .We absolutely recommend Lee and his team at Scossa.
