Ian arrived on time and got straight to work servicing our boiler. At the end of the service he gave me a service checklist to show that boiler was working correctly and was happy to answer questions on how the system worked. Ian was friendly and polite and I would recommend him to others.

Great service and good value. Ian arrived promptly and carried out our Landlord Gas Safety Inspection in a comprehensive and professional manner. He helpfully explained what he was doing throughout the Inspection and topped up our boiler pressure which he noticed was running low.

Arrived exactly on time and got straight to work. Our job turned out to be very small but Ian went the extra mile to ensure we got our money's worth, bleeding the radiators and waiting to check that they would all heat up properly. He explained everything that he did and was happy to answer questions. Everything is now working fine. Would highly recommend.

Ian was really thorough running extensive tests whilst trying to identify the source of our boiler problems, and was extremely informative and helpful throughout. Will be using again and would happily recommend.

Very quick to respond. Ian identified the problem with my boiler and resolved the issue very quickly. Also carried out an additional service on the boiler. All together very happy with the service provided. Would highly recommend!

Thanks so much to Ian for his professionalism and brilliant service. He was booked for a boiler service and gas safety certificate, but diagnosed and fixed an unexpected gas leak at the same time. He was very rigorous in his inspection, and walked me through every step so that I understood and was comfortable with the process. Even with the additional costs associated with the gas leak, it was still very good value for money. Will definitely recommend Ian in the future.

Went way beyond the call of duty to help in an emergency! Came out first thing on a Sunday at a decent price to fix a water heater. Superbly efficient as always!
