Skin Space

Have had a great experience with Skin Space Richmond so far (laser hair removal). Paid for 6 sessions on some challenging / less glamorous treatment areas. Just had session 3 with Zoe, and already seeing good progress - Zoe has been amazing, made me feel very comfortable & totally at ease. Likewise Roxy and front of house have provided a friendly & professional service so far. Have a growing list of friends who've had the opposite experience at other clinics eager to hear about results & sign up - will update the review after session 6 but confident of 5 star experience

This branch cancelled my appointments at least twice. Once I made it all the way in for the appointment because they made no real effort to get in touch with me. I was greeted by somebody who couldn’t care less. There are a lot of 5 star reviews about professionalism but honestly they can’t be real, I never witnessed the professionalism.

I'm attending Skin space clinic for more than a year now and receive an outstanding service every time I'm here. My therapist Shadi is excellent, professional and has got a lot a lovely and warm personality. All the reception staff is fantastic too, especially Roxy. She is always there to help and answer all your questions with a lot of great knowledge and advice. I never had an issue to book my appointment when I need it. This place is clean, beautiful and I highly recommend it!

I went to this laser clinic about six months ago to remove the stitches under my breast and they told me to do five laser sessions, the color of the stitches will improve by 70% and the areas on the skin will be smooth, but after four The session didn't get better and the laser burn marks are left on my skin. The first photo I took before the laser started is much better than it is now after 4 laser sessions. I am really disappointed with their bad service. I feel very bad. I paid £900 and there are burn marks on my body. It is really embarrassing .I definitely sue this clinic and make worse reviews about it everywhere so that this may not happen to someone else who will both spend money and get damaged skin.

My visit to the clinic is always really smooth. Roxy who does my laser is great already seeing results on my second session ! Team are always friendly and have a smile on their face. Really happy I chose skinspace Richmond for my treatment

I have been coming to the Richmond clinic for three years now and haven’t looked back. I always have my sessions with Jade and she is the best!! She makes me feel super comfortable and is really kind!! Couldn’t recommend her more!!

I have been having my treatments done by Poppy and she is number one, she is super star with how she treat you while having treatment done! Never felt this good.Roxy is clinic Manager, she is professional, kind and lovely. Absolutely love to get treatments done at Richmond Clinic! Highly recommend
