Frequented this store a lot over the years but it’s majorly slipping. New staff not being trained correctly, last three visits now my drink has been wrong either missing syrup or the blonde espresso. I think it’s a training issue, but staff could be a little friendlier and more attentive.

I've tried to order food several times via the Too Good to Go app from this store. Always the same thing happens...just when I'm about to set off to collect my paid-for order, I get a message saying the order's cancelled, because they've sold out. Now awaiting a refund again. Why bother being on the app when you don't fulfil the orders.

Like any other Starbucks, this outlet is a typical one with all the trappings and standardised drinks and food. The seats were comfortable and the toilet was clean.I ordered a latte, and the service was prompt and the drink, delicious.

We’ve been getting our coffee fix from this shop since the past three years but since the past few months the service has gone down tremendously. The coffee beans always taste burnt and the cheese toastie smells stale. It was a convenient joint to get coffee from before hitting the m55 but needless to say we’d be looking for an alternative now.

Walking in up to the counter and noticing the guy serving was on his phone drinking a coffee, is not what I would expect when most tables were full of used cups and plates waiting to be cleated away. The guy didn't even look up to serve us just got on with putting his phone and coffee down then serving. How extremely unprofessional

Nice, quiet, clean and modern coffee house to enjoy a Starbuck drink when on the move, or even to meet of chat. Can facilitate online working or studying with a good wifi connection.
