Multi Storey Car Park

Logistically awful. The entrance is next to 2 other barriers for different parking so incredibly easy to go into the incorrect one and get stuck as you don’t have the correct ticket to leave. Signs before you get into the multi-storey are lacking and very hard to see in the dark, then when inside they are incorrect. They attempt green lights to show you where spaces are, but they are actually full. I assume they overbook as it was very full so I spent a very long time driving around to find a space which is the last thing I needed before a flight - booking in advance should take away this stress. Currently they are also doing works in the area so the walk is a lot longer to and from the airport.Overall, overpriced and under thought out. I won’t be booking again.

Very overpriced (£180 for a week’s parking, and that was after the discount!). The sensors over each bay don’t work properly, either, so you head down a lane because a free space is indicated by a green light, only to find the bay occupied. Not a good experience.

2nd Sept 2023 Despicable parking service .My flight was cancelled and holiday ruined .No further flights that day by easyJet .I paid £132.48 to park my car for 4 days in the long stay car park . When I politely contacted the car parking service at the airport for a refund it took me 25 mins to get through and the woman answering the phone was curt and unsympathetic and basically told me they don’t do refunds and put the phone down , even though she could see my vehicle was only in the long stay for 5 hours . This is daylight robbery in my book . I’ve been using the airport parking for over 40 years -Never again .

Booked as undercover for a couple of weeks but only open top deck available on arrival. So waste of money. To add insult to injury having paid £180 they then send 15% discount voucher. Grrrr! Would not use again.

Booked well ahead of time. Arrived to discover absolutely no parking spaces available. Spent 25 mins driving around with 2 kids getting increasingly annoyed!First time using it. Figured it would be quicker and easier than Silver Parking. It wasn't. Tried calling to ask for advice. Nobody available to help.Walkway to airport terminal isn't covered so got wet on the way to catch the flight.Back to Silver next time!

So glad they now have the motorcycle parking in here on the bottom level at the far end. It's about time they recognised bikers and their needs. Would be better if they had lockers for bike gear. I did hear a rumour that they will be moving this back to silver zone soon. BIG MISTAKE. Might as well drive the car if this happens and add to congestion and emissions!

Expensive for this trip. Short walk to terminal. Book as far in advance as possible to get the best price

100% convenient. If a little expensive- but worth it for me. I think you can save a bit of money if you book in advance

The only good thing about this car park is the wide roads.Despite prepaying you have to insert your ticket on the way out, which we didn't have to hand and had to reverse. What's the point in ANPR if it's not used? We couldn't find any trolleys either. Same length of walk as the long stay is so save your money.We travelled with a disabled person with a blue badge which we wanted to take away with us. There is no way to contact anyone within the car park so we didn't know what to do. Called for disability assistance at the lifts, were told it would be a while which we couldn't wait for.To get to the terminal itself is impossible for a disabled or reduced mobility person, especially with luggage. Very steep pathways, and you either go a big detour for a step-free route (which we didn't know about until we returned) or carry your bags up many steps.All in all, not disabled friendly at all. Bring on the new car park when it finally gets built, but in the meantime, if you're disabled the only easy way is to access the terminal without slopes or steps is £5 drop off and hope you have someone to park your car elsewhere.

One star based on their website and phone line experience. If you book using guest checkout, not only do you never get sent a booking reference, when you request one explicitly, nothing ever arrives. Emails are handled in 10-15 days, which is not great if you are using the car park next week. Phone line still has messages about last Eaaster, 6 months ago. Quite happy to jabber on about other irrelivent stuff for 5 mins before you find out they are closed - and the caall disconnects. It's all just untested and sloppy stuff, with zero regard for the user.
