A large store, presenting a fairly decent range of products. The staff are helpful, willing to discuss options and give their professional insight into all aspects of your purchase/fitting.Having visited several times, one of these occasions was during the reopening of non-essential stores. This was handled professionally, limiting visitors to the store giving you one-to-one time with the staff.

I am not your client, I do not need floors, I have never communicated with you. why are you calling me? stop doing this! I'm not interested in your suggestions! If I need carpets or flooring, you will be the last person on my list to turn to. Aggressive advertising has been causing irritation for many years, change your marketing specialist .

Very pleased with the whole experience. Mike was very friendly and helped us through the process efficiently. Good range of carpets, and despite us choosing a more expensive carpet than our selection at Carpetright Mike still got our price to be cheaper with Tapi! Thanks to everyone, will use again

Visited with my work colleague to return one item which wasn’t compatible but the person on the counter got some issues- he asked us one you of you had red bull because he doesn’t like the smell and he’s about to throw up. After saying this he left us and someone else came to attend us. How on earth this kind of customer service is this. Chap was utterly rude & offensive. Disappointed in every manner!

Instore, Mike was very helpful and got everything sorted and explained what we'd need.It was the lads Kieran and Andy subcontracted in to lay the flooring who really shone. Incredibly polite and friendly, always making sure I was happy with how thing looked. I really felt they wanted to do a great job, and they did!

Vitor served us and he was amazing. So polite and friendly- had great advice and also gave us space as we walked around. Offered us a drink, was ready to help as soon as we’d made our decision. Genuinely amazing service. The vinyl came in quickly and the communication from start to finish was brilliant.
