I have been dealing with Martin & Co for the last few weeks. My journey first started when enquiring about a property for sale. My first point of contact was with Jack, very personable but professional and highly efficient. Followed by a viewing with Matt and Jack, again personable but professional and very informative. The follow on process has been excellent to date, to the point of using their services regarding rental opportunities. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services.

We recently used Martin & Co as the agents to sell a property for us following a death in the family, with us dealing primarily with the Coalville and Castle Donnington branches. Chris came to do the initial valuation and guided us through the process. The team managed the viewings for us, and kept us regularly updated throughout the marketing and sale stages, through calls, messages or email. They also arranged clearance of the garage for us which was appreciated. The use of the Propertyfile site was very useful and enabled us to track remotely booked viewings/offers etc. A specific mention for Ella who was working closely with us, who was approachable, friendly and professional throughout. I would certainly recommend using this agent.

Matt came out to complete an initial valuation on our house in Markfield. He arrived on time and was well prepared, clearly having done his homework. He spent time looking around our property and then gave us honest feedback about what he valued it at and the best way to market it. Matt was not in any way pushy and was extremely polite and courteous. We also spoke with Jack in the office who was again extremely helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending Martin & Co. in Coalville to value and sell your house.

Georgina and Ashleigh were the finest examples of excellent customer service (Having taught it previously), they were always polite and used excellent communication skills either by phone or email and it was always a pleasure to visit them in person in the office. They ensured a quick and speedy rental of the property i selected and fully answered any questions i had or confirmed answers through the landlord. I have been in the property over six months and they dealt with great speed and professionalism over a heating problem i reported. Inspections were quick and easy and ensuring that I was happy with the property. Recently had photos taken of our property by Chris. He was very professional, advised us with any questions we had and helped us get the best pictures possible. We also had Luke give us a valuation of our property beforehand and he was very knowledgeable about the housing market etc.

I’ve used Martin & Co to rent a property for a number of years. Over the past year or so it’s had a change of ownership and now David & Chris have been the main people I’ve been dealing with. As with all rentals it’s had it’s share of issues that have needed dealing with and I’ve called upon them to assist. No issues and a friendly branch to deal with, rent reviews dealt with and everything kept up to date. Recently I have sold a rented property with them which they marketed around Christmas 2019. The brochure created and the speed they marketed and got viewings was spot on. Again calling on Martin & Co to deal with the stress of selling a property and to supply paperwork etc to solicitors has been dealt with without me having to get a headache finding documents. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, Chris got on with the job and got the sale done and always returned my calls, can’t ask for anymore! All the staff at the branch have been very helpful. Great service from Martin & Co, Georgina & Kasia were always on hand to help me manage my first rental property. As a first time land lady I didn't know if it would be worth paying out for a company to manage my property. Georgina gave me some great advice and they made me feel like not only could I have a property giving me extra income but this could be done without much effort on my part as they manage everything. 100% worth getting them in to manage the property.
