Faheem was the party wall surveyor for a new build demolition that was attached to my property. at first all seemed ok but once works was not completed and problems started there was no response and doesn't deal with enquiries, I now have to trace the builders and issue legal proceedings to get the repairs done. even though there's an agreement in place , follow up service once things go wrong is so far non existent.

I engaged Faheem for a L3 survey, where unfortunately the deal did not progress and Faheem was very courteous and said its not a problem and I can reach out to him once we secure another property.I did not have to think twice on who to call when we did secure a new property. He proactively spoke to the estate agent to firm up the date, and once the survey was done - the report was very thorough and we now have a plan of action on what needs to be fixed.Thank you Faheem, and I look forward to working with you again.

Faheem has recently carried out an RICS Level 2 Survey on a house I am purchasing. The Report was easy to read, comprehensive and very informative. The information contained is so useful, I feel I shall be referring to it for guidance for many months to come. Faheem is very professional, but approachable and friendly. I have recommended him to my neighbour, and Faheem is now our 'Agreed Surveyor' to guide my neighbour through the processes necessary when undertaking a Party Wall extension.

Cannot speak highly enough of Faheem and his service. We needed a party wall agreement turned around really quickly and he delivered. He also gave us some advice on things we should have in place with our builder which we hadn’t thought of.

I found FA Surveyors to be extremely efficient and professional in the process of carrying out a survey of a commercial unit. They were swift in all communications and transactions in the process. Price was reasonable for the task they were given. The report provided for the survey met the requirements and showed a thorough approach when carrying out the survey.
