Jason who helped me with the purchasing of a Vauxhall Corsa through auto trader is extremely helpful. Upon enquiring about the car he was able to send me a very thorough and detailed video of the car, showing a unbiased view showing also the minor defects the car might also have such as small minor scrapes which meant i had no surprises and knew exactly what i was buying. Jason was also able to answer questions over multiple days about any enquiry i had about the car. I took a major risk by not test driving the car but when it arrived it was a smooth engine that was exactly how it was described by Jason. i purchased the car on Sunday and it was delivered on Thursday 10/10 service.

Found the car I liked through ebay (always a bit dodgy) but from Start to finish Jason (the owner) acted like no other car sales man I have ever met. All communication was perfect and above all honest, picked me up from teh station on a Sunday, filled the car with fuel (at his cost) and gave me the confidence that any issues foumd would be dealt with. On arriving home he eaven texted me to ask if I'd arrived safely. If you are in any doubt, dont be as this guy is one in a million. By teh way I never leave comments but in this case it was duely deserved.

Purchased a vehicle for my daughter . One owner car with full dealer history. Everything about the car was as described or better. How many dealers advertise a full service history only for you to arrive and its incomplete at best. Any way, after a short period of time the car developed a couple of annoying issues. Previous experience with other dealers left us worried what response we'd get on reporting these issues under the given 3 months warranty.WOW!!!!!! We needn't have been !!!!!! Jason was brilliant in his response and has bent over backwards in his efforts to rectify the matters . At great expense to himself I have to say. No arguments no hassle. He has dealt with the matters quickly and we have the car back now.On giving the car back to us , Jason made a point of telling us that if we have any other problems arise, don't hesitate to call him and he'll be happy to fix them or even take the car back for a refund if repair wasn't viable.So impressed with this guys attitude and customer service that I'm going to see him first when I'm next looking for a car/van.Absolutely deserving of a 5 star rating.

I cannot overstate what an excellent experience I had with Jason at Cirtus Ltd. I found the car through an external website and was quickly in-touch with Jason who was very accommodating and able to immediately arrange a test drive at my earliest connivence. Vehicle was exactly as listed and going at a great price. Jason was clear that he operated a no pressure style to sales and I was welcome to take my time to think about the car and was willing yo answer any questions. When I decided to take the car Jason went through all the paper work with me and explained each step and following me leaving offered continual support about any queries I had. The owner Jason was a really genuine person who wanted to sell you a car that you wanted, without the usual sales nonsense that you have to go through when visiting a branded garage. Very happy with the car, he also delivered it to my house to make things easier as I was working. Definitely would recommend this garage to anyone looking to buy a car from a trustworthy seller.
