Victoria & Jill are wonderful, but we got stuck with someone called Kirsty. She got our reservation forms wrong 3 times.We still went ahead & bought a Bailey. Let me tell you now, your NHBC certificate is just a selling technique & you really have 2 years to report any problems till they voluntarily tell you they will ignore your emails… & believe me problems do creep up, some more evident than others. Everything is just the cheapest quality from your tiny bathtub to your loose fixtures in the kitchen. All in all it’s not a property designed to spend your entire life in but it’s a okay starting point.

Victoria and Jill are so welcoming and even though I feel like I ask a million questions they never make you feel like you are a burden. They make this buying a new home experience enjoyable the way it should be.

Usual marketing office with all the regular stuffs to show. Very lovely staff and relatively easy process of purchase and mortgage. Some rooms may be small but everything is pretty standard. You'll definitely need to put some finishing touches to your house. Bring your wardrobes when moving in

Very nice new homes. Design and materials are marvellous. I like the brickwork as well. However, rooms are quite tiny!

Ridiculous narrow winding roads as with most housing estates. If you go visit someone how are you supposed to park. On the pavement!
