I cannnot fault the team and their willingness to sort out the number of issues that I had post the install. Everyone was very polite and all the tradesmen were very professional.I would however say that the team are probably understaffed as I am still awaiting for my handover pack post completion, hence the 4stars

We have found Nano Protech to be approachable, helpful and when a problem occurred they dealt with it very quickly and efficiently and to our satisfaction. Jacks crew that came to rectify our problem were prompt, polite, quick, tidy, thorough and helpful. Happy to recommend.

Installation was painless and carried out by the very friendly and polite Ben. The staff at Nano tech are extremely helpful to an old codger like myself, and the product I bought (GivEnergy) is BRITISH!! I would recommend this company to anyone.

Bill was able to answer all of my questions and looked after me throughout the process. Slight hiccup with booking the scaffolding as I was given Wednesday for putting up but the scaffolder (Steve) was only free on Monday, so I had to rearrange moving my Motorhome. Steve was very efficient and polite both putting up and dismantling the scaffolding, respecting our property.. The 3 Dans were equally respectful, polite and efficient.Thankyou Nano

Great advice and service from Ryan. He was happy to answer every question and ensure I was totally happy with what I am having installed. He made the time to go over every question I had. Installed within 7 working days from first contact, which is a refreshing change compared to my planned previous installer. Great workmanship and very neat and professional job by Darren. Thank you for the excellent installation and service.

Filled out an online form for one of Nanopro-Tech’s online adverts, really just to try and get an idea of price and what’s involved. Received a call a week or so later from Jordan who was very polite and informative. We were offered a great deal to have a Tesla Powerwall 2 installed and as promised it was installed within a week.Unfortunately we had to change our initial idea of where to install the battery on the morning of the installation which meant the installers had to get additional materials.Ryan was understanding and said there’d be no extra charge if the installation was completed within the day but that there would be an additional charge if it was not which I think is very understandable. So a big thank you to Ryan.This didn’t deter the installers and the whole installation and handover was finished not long after lunchtime.What makes this whole experience even more worthwhile is seeing our daily grid usage on the Octopus app as zero and the only grid usage shown is during our night time off peak hours. Very satisfied with NanoPro Tech and their installers. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Has to be another five star review. Ryan communicated easily and often until our unusual requirements (we were abandoned by a previous supplier) were well understood, completely covered and when we had the confidence to commit and continue. The teams that visited were friendly, cheerful and professional - not in a hurry to leave until the work was complete and carefully handed over. While not everything went entirely to plan, the test of a good supplier is what happens then - and Ryan passed!

Nano Pro Tech provided a very professional battery and EV Zappi installation. The work was done to a high standard and all done very neatly. Competitive pricing, helpful information throughout and respond quickly to questions. Thanks to Ryan and team- Highly recommended!
