Corina has managed the renting of my flat for all of that time; and then has managed the sale of the flat. In both aspects, the service has been exceptional.Management - Corina has always been meticulous in attention to detail, and thoughtful in terms of advice for improvements. She has been vigorous in setting profitable prices, active in finding new tenants when required, and careful about managing necessary costs. First rate in all respects.Sale of flat - Again, Corina took full responsibility for this, since I live abroad. She marketed the property very attractively, and found a solid buyer very quickly - at the asking price. She then monitored and guided the conveyancing process with her usual attention to detail, giving a useful push when the process went slowly. I am profoundly grateful to her for handling the sale so efficiently and successfully.
