Client satisfaction? Strange that that is what you like to get out of the practice yet I made a complaint 8 weeks ago regarding lack of communication and the fact you have been dealing with my mothers estate for 2 and a half years and we are still chasing you for answers after a meeting on the 5th of May! Terrible solicitors - do not recommend at all. Dealing with probate is a hard enough experience without having to CONSTANTLY chase for answers on a simple case - written on behalf of Sophie Hughes
