Could not recommend Heatcare enough, fitted a new bathroom for me in my home and it has completely transformed it. The plumbers were polite, courteous and tidy the entire time and the office kept me up to date during the whole process. The price was very competitive and I would not hesitate to use them again and again.

We have been customers of Heatcare for over 10 years and really can’t recommend them enough. They do the annual service on our oil fired boiler and AGA every year and also did two complete replumbs on two of our holiday cottages. They also do the landlords gas safety inspections on all of our holiday accommodation locally and further afield. On the rare occasion that we have had a breakdown they have always been very accommodating and very eager to help. Heatcare are not the cheapest plumbers in the area but neither are they the most expensive either , you do get what you pay for and I think they provide a great quality product with excellent aftercare too! With regards to some earlier reviews, in my experience, plumbers, electricians etc wouldn’t normally undertake work without first doing a quote so if you find that this price isn’t to your liking I’m not sure why you would proceed anyway. I have always found Graeme and the other chaps to be totally trustworthy and would (and do) recommend them to friends, family and other businesses and have never regretted doing so.

Delighted to see the guys at Heatcare UK Ltd again recently, this time for a boiler service. As reliable, efficient and friendly as usual. I've experienced the work of several companies over the last 30+ years and Heatcare are the best!We've had no problems since our boiler was fitted a year ago and I couldn't fault the company in any way. I found them on Checkatrade and wrote this review at the time:-I wouldn't hesitate to use Heatcare again

Excellent - Had a Radiator Valve decided to leak catastrophically over night. Phoned at 0830 with a description of the problem and Nick was onsite very shortly after with the part on-board to rectify the situation. Absolutely fantastic service, especially appreciated as the Children and Grand Children are visiting this weekend and a lack of heating would have made the visit not as pleasurable as it could be. Very Very much appreciated, cannot recommend this company enough. I have no connection or vested interest, just a very satisfied customer
