I had a recent visit from Zerodrytime to clean my carpets on first and second floor. I am absolutely impressed with the quality and service of this company. To start with the booking, such friendly staff and I had an offer that they were willing to hold on to it for me until some work will be done before they could come and clean. Then I booked a day and unfortunately had to rebook again as some work hadn’t been finished yet. I was a bit of a pain for them however, they were so nice kind and friendly to help me out. On the day Josh came and did an excellent job! Very professional and caring. So overall OUTSTANDING and would definitely recommend this company to people. Josh P cleaned 2 children’s bedroom and a playroom carpet. An arm chair and foot stool and a 2 seater sofa. All items were very well loved with lots of children’s food dribbles which I didn’t expect to come clean. I was wrong and could not believe the result. All items look like new. Josh P was polite, friendly and a pleasure to have in the house. No mess at all from the process. Price was excellent for the quality of the work.
